Children and extra bed policy
Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 17 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. People no matter the age stay for US$25 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A damage deposit of USD 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests who book the breakfast included rate will receive a USD 25 food & beverage credit, separate from the total reservation amount. Valid for up to 2 guests per room. The resort fee includes: -Fitness facility access -Internet access -In Room Safe -In-Room bottled water -Concierge/valet services -Housekeeping -Valet parking -Additional inclusions Taxes are applied to the daily resort fee. Upon check-in, any remaining balance owed on the guest's reservation (room & tax and/or resort fees) will be collected as well as an incidental authorization of USD 300.00 on a credit or debit card. Prepaid Debit Cards and Cash are not accepted for the incidental authorization. Guests found smoking in the nonsmoking rooms will be charged USD 400. The minimum age for check-in is 21 years old. OYO Hotel & Casino Las Vegas is committed to providing its nonsmoking guests with a smoke free guestroom. Smoking tobacco, pipes, vapes, e-cigarettes is strictly prohibited in nonsmoking rooms. State law prohibits use of marijuana on property. By booking through this website, you acknowledge that the hotel has installed smoking detection sensors provided by NoiseAware in its rooms. NoiseAware is a smart device that allows hotel management to respond to smoking events without disrupting your stay. You hereby agree and consent to the use of such sensor in your room and acknowledge and agree that it is 100% privacy compliant and required by the hotel. By acknowledging the foregoing, you agree to waive any future claims related to the presence of the sensor in a room you may book. Tampering with the sensor is strictly prohibited. When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of $10 plus tax per pet per night applies. Please note that a maximum of 2 pets is allowed.
